Is there a recipe coming for the cheesecake in Lonnie Lowery’s web log?
Just wondering since I now find myself craving pumpkins, and cheesecake for that matter.
Who doesnt crave cheesecake.
I asked LL about this after he posted the blog. He told me that he just used a store bought mix and replaced the butter with canned pumpkin. It still has sugar in it but the fat is reduced and you get that extra pumpkin flavor.
I’m getting ready to make this myself and plan to use a little extra cinnamon since I think pumpkin goes great with that seasoning.
I’m still confused re the recipe. Help?
