For now, don’t worry about what you feel working; its working. Just lower the weight and press it back up. Why are you so worried about your triceps that you felt the need to start a third thread about it? There are only so many ways that your question can be answered correctly. If you want someone to tell you something different just let us know what it is and I am sure that someone will be willing to patronize you.
