I consider that one of the best articles on this site, along with Training Strategy Handbook (exact title?) and How to Design a Damn Good Program. There’s not much more one needs to know about lifting outside of those articles, I believe.

I would like to see where the ā€žBest damn for Naturalsā€œ fits concerning the rest days and the systemic loads within those best damn workouts!
Any experiences from people who actually did CT’s programs?

I have been getting the best results doing a 3 week cycle

Push, Legs and Pull Split

Week 1

Monday: Chest, shoulders, triceps 1
Tuesday: Legs 1
Wednesday: Off
Thursday: Back and Bis 1
Friday: Off
Saturday: Chest, shoulders, triceps 2
Sunday: Off

Week 2

Monday: Legs 2
Tuesday: Back and Biceps 2
Wednesday: Off
Thursday: Chest, shoulders, triceps 1
Friday: Off
Saturday: Legs 1
Sunday: Off

Week 3

Monday: Back and Bis 1
Tuesday: Chest, shoulders, triceps 2
Wednesday: Off
