Pulse Feast - Training Time

Hi CT,
In your original pulse feast description you did the two pulses during the day, trained at 5pm and feasted afterward.
I train early in the morning. Is it ok to still pulse after training and feast in the evening or should I do different?
Thanks so much,
George

In an ideal world the feast is right after the session. If you use a proper peri-workput protocol it likely wont matter when you feast.

I have a finibar one hour before training, a dose of plazma 15 min before training and one more dose during training. Then have my first MAG-10 pulse 1 hour after training. Is that adequate peri protocol? I can adjust it if need be.

Ideally put the 1st PLAZMA dose a bit further away from the session and the Finibar too… something like 75 min and 30 min. But it looks good.
