When you find something this good, you’ve gotta spread the word.
For anyone with a publix around them, go to the deli and get the Blazing Buffalo Chicken, they’ll slice however much you want. It is sooooo good. Tastes like KFC extra tasty crispy. Only problem is that it’s expensive $7.99lb, I get it for myself as a treat and as with most cold cuts, sodium is a bit high.
Be warned, it’s a tasty animal.

I worked at a publix deli over the summer. Its amazing.
So is, salsalito turkey, cajun turkey, pretty much all chickens. Cajun Roast beef, londonport roast beef, pesto-parmesan ham, rosemary and sundried tomato ham.
Great combo is horseradish cheddar cheese and roast beef sub.
Also good is pesto-parmesean ham, pepperoni, and salami.
Publix deli rocks, I know everything about it. The only good part of working there was getting to learn all the meats and cheese and taste them. And I can spout off all their servings sizes and nutritional info, which makes tracking food intake easier.

The meats are made by Boar’s Head…not sure if that’s a Publix “house” brand…GetSwole might know…
No Boar’s Head is national company. However, very few supermarkets are allowed to carry it because it is “high quality”. They basically try to maintain a little exclusivity. Just their way of doing things.
However, many deli’s and sandwich shops are allowed to carried their products. I’m lucky cuz here on FSU’s campus, 2 eateries use them.
But yeh, look around in your smaller or nicer supermarkets and in nice deli/sandwich shops and they should might have it.
i remeber going to publix in florida while on vacation. i like the way the name sounds. Publix thats pretty intresting name. whats so bad about the sodium??? i know its high as shown in the serving but what does it do to your body?
I’ll have to remember this when I go visit my grandparents in FL, I love getting sandwiches at the Publix deli
