OK, I will take this as a serious question.
The additives/herbs are reputed to have all sorts of effects. Guarana for energy, milk thistle for liver toxicity, etc.
But the big question is: How much of this stuff is really in there. Probably not what they say and in such minute amounts it would not do anything for you.
I.e. Herbal drug not real deal
