if you use anything other than Franks Red Hot you will be stoned to death

I had fried eggs for breakfast (plus milk), 450g of pork at 11.00, big bowl of potatoes and minced meat sauce (Estonian thing, it’s delicious) for lunch and now brown rice as pre workout meal…

Bulking has certainly changed the way I eat.

I’m not a big fan of boneless skinless chicken. It’s fine when you have to cut it up for stew or something but to cook whole, I prefer the skin and the bone. Even if you pull the skin off, it’s like a nice moisturizing sweater to cook them in. Plus it’s a crap ton cheaper to buy like that.

We have this great place near us called Farmer Al’s. The quality isn’t always the best but the prices are very low. You can do a lot with less than primo quality meat. I’ve made a few decent goat curries. Plus they sell really weird shit and I wouldn’t be surprised to come across Octopus butthole. It’s always entertaining.

Absolutely! I got there about once a month and load up on whatevers cheap. I’ve gotten frozen t-bones for a couple bucks each. If you marinade them, they aren’t bad.

You know I’m not lying about some of the weird shit they sell.

Farmer Al’s is soooo far from the GTA

Rachel says:
Wow. He’s proved that if you don’t move at all and eat all processed foods without moderation you gain weight. What a genius. Of course all this will prove is that someone who has already proven to have the type of body that responds to diet and exercise… will respond to diet and exercise. I am floored the by significance. T is to say about how people still believe hat just because that’s how their body might work that it means that how every body will work.

I, for one, can’t wait to see if this guy’s body won’t take the change very well and suddenly eating well and exercise doesn’t do a single thing. Then he caN truly feel what it’s like to be fat and have everyone assume you’re a lazy, slovenly, disgusting mess.
Who are these people who don’t respond to diet and exercise?

I mean, even people with hormonal diseases “respond” to diet and exercise.

Funny how we don’t see all of these people becoming he-man in the gym.

If you are going to count the cost of electricity, gas and time as part of the cost of food, you should also add on the countless thousands spent on blood pressure and cholesterol drugs, doctor visits and possible surgeries 15-20 years down the road.

Eating relatively healthy is not super expensive, I get by on $50-75 a week and average 4k-4.5k clean calories a day. Rockula already pointed out a ton of ways you can save money. Learning to cook makes the whole process 10 times easier. Eating chicken breast doesn’t mean you have to eat dry rubbery flavorless chicken breast, there are infinite ways to make it taste good.

Also, most of these people can continue eating like shit and still lose weight, they just need to eat a whole lot less than they do now. Nobody is getting morbidly obese on 1 big mac, these people make 2-3 fast food trips a day. Then they blame genetics and call it a disease or addiction and expect a ton of sympathy. Bullshit! If you want to call it an addiction, I’m going to treat you like any other alcoholic or meth addict. Do something about it or quit bitching.

Wendy’s burgers suck ass big time.

In HS I lived off fast food and Burger King was by far the best (unless you had a nearby Checkers), that being said I don’t eat at FF places anymore.

I did get a craving a year ago and me and the wife went to BK. Awful, felt like a brick in my stomach and suddenly I wished we went to our normal place Panera. Their turkey/cheese grilled sandwich is fast and tastes good without killin my stomach.
Love Wendy’s, I can’t even look at BK without getting heartburn.

More :

This is ridiculous and absolutely offensive to think that this guy gaining 70 pounds in 6 month is anything like someone who struggles with obesity. Obesity is a disease. No one chooses to be fat.

does he have a full time job while he is losing this weight. or is that his job 24hrs a day to lose weight. its easier to lose weight if that all you doing all day is workking out

Stay fat for a year. Maybe 2. Then talk about how being overweight is painful for you. Until then you don’t know a thing about what it is like to live in a body that either you betrayed or genetics has betrayed you. It isn’t always candy and couches. But quick gain and loss is insight, not understanding. Frankly it offends me that he thinks it will give him understanding.

This is stupid and pointless… FIT people before to fat then back to fit is ALWAYS possible with determination and correct nutrition and exercise… what about people that were NEVER fit? Fat from birth… see how hard it is to loose weight then.

Wow.

How about giving him three kids, homework to teach his kids, activity to drive them around, meal to cook, house to clean and see if he still has the time for himself to stay fit? That's the actual barrier why ppl are getting overweight. Going to the gym is easy...making time for it when you're not single is hard.

I shake my head, raise an eyebrow and chuckle at all these fucking excuses…

Lazy fucks…

LOL at your ignorance

I like how people think that everyone that takes steroids instantly is ripped to shreds and is as big as an IFBB pro

I belong to the Niagara PL club but mostly train in my own garage. We live in the west end near Mac.

From time to time we’ll go to Phoenix in Ancaster just to ride the machines since the garage is pretty spartan.

fyi, not a dude

What the hell is happening in this thread?

The comments that X quoted on this page make me shake my head. Most people have absolutely NO CLUE about nutrition, exercise and least of all AAS use.

People, for the most part, are dumb.
