Psychological Issue with Cutting

I finally want to lose some weight after seeing that my waist is 36" but i have no idea how to and i have this psychological issue with the fact that if i cut i will lose all my size. My arms are only 15.5/15.25 and i dont want them to get smaller because of cutting and the mere fact that it took me so long to get them there.

I want to cut for 4 weeks and was going to do 3x full body workouts a week and then cardio other days. I read up on carb cycling but its hard for me to do that at this time. I can get all the protein and fat i need but carbs is hard for me to limit right now. I have Grow! Whey, Surge, Flameout, and creatine. Any help and tips would be awesome.

If you do it correctly you should only lose fat.

Do you like being fat?

Dumb post. It should be expected that SOME muscle size is going to be lost even if you do everything right. The exceptions to this are extremely genetically gifted individuals and those who are chemically assisted. The GOAL is to prevent this, however, to say that you only lose muscle if you do something wrong is just plain wrong itself.

This guy only has 15" arms. I wouldn’t recommend an all out dieting down strategy in the first place. I would clean up the diet and see if changes can be made without dropping calories that low. You don’t do a fucking contest diet when you only have 15" arms unless you like looking like a broomstick.

Me agrees with the professor

Cleaning up and staying near the needed maintenance kcal’s should suffice if you divide it accross the proper nutrients.

Training wise a circuit/super set with mainly compounds would be good. Maybe add HIIT or Tabata’s on non-workout days if it seems needed.
