Proviron Killed Libido

So recently i posted topic about quitting smoking.
I have one question about proviron
I was on proviron 12.5 mg ed and 120 t/week
I felt awesome one week afrer i stoped smoking. Proviron stoped functions (no libido,no fast growing beard, on provi i have litres of sperm and now norhing ) I tried proviron go up 25mg/ed and norhing.
My question is why?

Ill answer with an analogy.

I eat lemon daily and my head never aches. So one day i drink tons of tequila with lemon and in the morning my head hurts. Why the lemon stoped working?

The answer - it has nothing to do with lemon.

In your case - the problems you describe can be a result of 100 different things, none if which is proviron. Amount of sperm, for example. Proviron had nothing to do with it in the first place.

I would agree here. Proviron is very mild and quite frankly I don’t see why you would even introduce it.

You said you found your ā€œsweet spotā€ here

but haven’t given yourself enough time to get through withdrawals of quitting smoking.

I’ll say again what I said before, I think you need to let your body recover from quitting smoking before trying to mess with a protocol that works for you.

Okay and how much time i must wait then quitting is complete?

On the one hand I want to say that 2 packs/day is a huge number of cigarettes and that it might lead to all the symptoms OP described, but on the other hand my own n of 1 experience with quitting 1 pack/day for 5 years straight cold turkey was that the withdrawal was mostly psychological; it had zero impact on my libido, erection quality, energy levels, etc…

I think it’s important to keep in mind the magnitude of impact of the substances we’re talking about here. To me it’s much more likely that OP’s new ā€œsweet spotā€ protocol had just started going south than cigarette withdrawal turning him into a zombie with a dead dick.

I haven’t gone through his history but without data about how long he’d been on this new protocol, everything else he’s taking, blood test results, etc…it’s impossible to give an accurate evaluation of his situation.

Personally though if I had to bet, I would go with hormone imbalances over cigarette withdrawal as the cause of the sudden degradation of OP’s health on apparently every possible level

I was on 120/week and provi one month and everithing awesome. First 7 days without cigarettes was okay to and after one day change everytging a woke up and everything bad and now worse and worse

As an ex-smoker judging by the symptoms you posted, I wouldn’t say it is nicotine withdrawal. I quit cold turkey several years ago and had barely any withdrawal symptoms, perhaps the first 5-10 days some mild anxiety. I know others who had quit and also didn’t have any libido issues. Not all of us react the same, mind you.

If I’d have to guess I would say it’s likely an acute anxiety issue unrelated to smoking cessation. Could even be that you worked yourself up to this state. How are things at home/work/sleep? Are you dieting? Restricting carbs? Any other sudden changes that could result in a change of your mental and physical wellbeing?

No nothing changes sleeping is bad after i quit.
No diet. So nothing only stop smoking. Now its week 3 and psych and libido tiredness is very bad,
Extreme brain fog

Go to the doctor and do bloodwork. Whatever is going on, has nothing to do with proviron.

I feel like a one night estrogen shot to the sky

You know we’re gonna ask for lab work; got any?

My first guess would be lowering SHBG and lowering TT/FT/e2, depending on injection frequency.

Esp if it was working at first then stopped.
