Protein Yogurts

I have been buying these yogurts from a brand called Ratio that are 25g protein per yoghurt and eating 4+ daily to help supplement in protein.

I’m loving these things as it’s 3 spoonfuls to shovel down per yoghurt and so i can add 50g peotein in no work at all straight from the fridge. I’ve purchased the Oinkos Pro 20g yoghurts too sometimes and theyre decent too, but the Ratio ones are the best I’ve found.

If you havent tried them i recommend them, Target has the Ratio ones, the Oikos seem to be in every supermarket near me.

Anyone else got any easy to consume protein hacks?

I generally avoid the Oikos because they taste horrible to me.

How do these Ratios taste?

If you take any greek yogurt/skyr and mix in a scoop of Metabolic Drive, it becomes protein yogurt.

Other hacks:

Microwave a tablespoon of riced cauliflower for 1 minute, mix it with 2 scoops of Metabolic Drive and a splash of water and you make “protein oatmeal”. Use water amounts depending on how watery you like your oatmeal.

Easy to consume? Egg whites can be drank right out of the carton. Or use egg whites in place of water/milk in shakes/cereal/oatmeal to add protein.

I like them, theyre very mild/smooth. Prefer them to the Oikos

Isn’t there a samonella risk from consuming raw eggs? Not to say ive never done it, but if i start using egg whites instead of water in my protein shakes, that’s a lot more raw egg in my diet.

Will tey with the other yoghurts… or i could do it to the ratio ones and kick them up to 50g+ protein per yoghurt!

Where do you get raw egg whites? Mine are pasteurized
