Im sure many here mix their Metabolic Drive with cottage cheese or yogurt to make a pudding.
I found this yogurt at Trader Joes thats great. Its the Non Fat Greek Style yogurt and it has 20 g of protein per cup and like 5 g of carbs. Mix that with one or two servings of MDvprotein powder and its a super smooth thick and creamy high protein treat. If your on a mass phase throw in some heavy whipping cream and you’ll keel over in heaven!
One other product I found usefull there is the instant green tea. It mixes even in cold water. Great for preworkout!
I just got the trader joes plain flavor and found it kind of gross, but then I threw in a scoop of vanilla whey and some frozen raspberries and it was awesome. It comes out to about: 250 Cals
