I don’t get the obsession with flavor; I’d drink dog shit flavor Surge if I could have saved $108 on 6 containers!!

Would you like me to make you some then? I won’t even charge you $108 dollars. :stuck_out_tongue:

I don’t care how much something costs. If it tastes like shit, then I’m sure as hell not going to drink or eat it.

Agreed.

I want to enjoy the taste of the products I use on a daily basis, just like I want to enjoy the taste of the food I eat.

With that said, I’m very happy with the flavors of Surge and Metabolic Drive I’ve tried. I look forward to next time I get to drink them.

i just loaded up with 6 bottles of Surge for 108 bucks yo, noone else get that email?
That was the best e-mail I got in a long time. Incredible bargain.

By the time I read it, only the root beer flavor Surge was left but I ordered 4 bottles Surge a couple of weeks ago =[.

Now I have 11 bottles of unopened Surge and one almost empty. =]

I think I’m gonna make a muscle recovery fort out of them and hide in it until I’m hyooooooge.

Not sure what you guys are complaining about…I live near Toronto and paid 87 fucking dollars for shipping…what’s 87 equate to…about 3 tubs of Surge!

Welcome to my world.

someone at the store i purchase my stuff from told me the prices increased due to increased demand for protein in Asia.

I think it might be true. With the spread of knowledge, increased education and increased standard of living (you have some really wealthy Asians…like EXTREMELY wealthy that bring up the average), they are becoming more and more health conscious over there.

In the last two years when I visited Hong Kong and China (I go about once a year), i noticed a lot more protein supplements being sold and almost double the price. BSN was really expensive over there. Not wanting to get ripped off, every time I go back to Asia, I bring in a few tubs of protein.

I met a guy at the gym (this guy was jacked) in HK who made a fortune creating his own nutritional supplement manufacturing and distribution company. He’s a Chinese guy from Chicago who decided to move to HK after university so he brought a lot of knowledge he learned from USA to HK.

I am starting to think that more of it is because the free shipping is killing them. People are probably ordering smaller orders now. That is why they give you a price cut when you order 3 or more, jsut as they are probably getting a break on the shipping.Doesnt take away from the price increase, just an observation.

After seeing how much this root canal on Monday is going to cost, a $3 increase in protein isn’t bad at all, yet it is ;)
Totally. It adds up over time. :stuck_out_tongue:

(Sorry to hear about the root canal. That must hurt like crazy.)
