Protein Powder W/ Oatmeal

I buy ion exchange whey isolate from a place called trueprotein and mix my own flavors in if I use any. that works pretty well. I made the mistake of cooking it in once, rubber bands anyone? microwaving protein moelcules makes them rubbery.

1/2C oats
10 oz water
dried berries (cherries, strawberryies, cranberries) and mixed fruit (I know has lots of sugar and added fat)
nuts (walnuts, almonds etc.)
1-2 scoop(s) whey isolate (28g - 56g protein)
1 packet of splenda

cook oats with water, berries, nuts and after it cools and solidifies somewhat, mix the protein in.

I’m trying to find dried fruit without the added sugar and oil but no luck so far. I’m getting about 8g of fat in my PC meal.

I know fresh is better but time constraints prevent me from doing this until I get to work (i.e. getting enough sleep is higher on my priority list). Well thats my excuse and I’m sticking to it.

Precisely! Who cooks oatmeal? Eat it raw, straight from the cardboard cylinder.
