When I order whey from online and when they ship it to me would it denature from the heat? I mean, like from the airplane to the ups truck etc.
If its HOT as hell and a long trip sure maybe some but its still aminos etc. do a search this has been covered a lot denaturization ( ha is that a word LOL) and heat and cooking
