Protein/Carbs, Protein/Fats, No Carbs/Fats ...

Hey will eating low Fat (10g or less) with Protein and Carbohydrate sources, low Carbohydrate (10g or Less) with Protein and Fat, and never eating Carbohydrates (10 and more) with Fats (10g and more) help me gain lean mass with little amounts of body fat gain???
