I have a 3 year old and every morning she drinks a protein shake…about 20 grams of protein since she was 2.
It started as an experiment…she was drinking those freakin little kid yogurt smoothies that is about 36 grams of sugar. So I thought I’d pull a switch-a-roo and see if she’d drink the shake…
Now she demands one every morning…she weighs about 31 pounds…I guess we’ll find out if it has long term effects
