Protein and Diet Advice

I get 3 meals a day from my college meal plan (I make it to breakfast 2/3 times now, and am getting better), and plan on doing 3 protein powder drinks between meals to prevent catabolism. Overall, it all comes out to 6-7 meals a day.

Breakfast
Whey shake
Lunch
Whey shake or meal replacement bar
Surge (post workout on workout days)
Dinner
Casein before bed (how do I take this with ZMA properly, by the way? Any special rules?)

I don’t care for a meal replacement, just a boost between meals, and I don’t care for popping BCAA pills or a nasty ass powder. I feel more comfortable with a simple, traditional protein powder, and will stick to Biotest whey.

Here’s the thing. Biotest doesn’t make a pure micellar casein drink, just a meal replacement, the Metabolic Drive which is both whey and casein. I don’t have a refrigerator, so I need a casein powder instead of milk or cheese for when I go to sleep.

What’s a good source for just a pure casein powder? Will Biotest have this someday?
