“to be honest i NEVER take one…but like i said i don;t want to start an internet argument…that concept always annoyed me…i mean really, i don;t have to agree with everything someone says to be intereted in their opinions. its almost like people have an internet “idea blockage” if any new information comes in that they don’t agree with they just automatically disregard it as crap. I hope thats not how they act in real life becasue to be that way will cause you to miss out on alot of lifes learning opportunites”
I don’t post much. But loved the point you made here MP. I read alot … practice/experiment alot w/ the very things I read … and talk very little. /hijack

It took me a while to work out thread that was, but I understand now. Unpleasant really, I think the harsh words should be saved for people who aren’t making honest and open-minded inquiries.

If you think that was bad, you should have read some of it before certain posters in that thread thought about what they were saying and went back and edited their posts a bit, in that a other threads from around that time.
It was rather soap-operaish around here for a bit. Pretty tame here of late, actually.
You’d have to agree that when someone’s goal is to drop fat it would be a good idea to run an AI. Simply keeping the bloat down will have psychological benefits while ‘cutting’, I think.
Advice for aspiring pro bodybuilders and advice for the dedicated gym goer looking for drastic improvement should be different. Again that is simply my opinion.
I know that you weren’t outright recommending this guy not use an AI. I understand that you’re just presenting another point of view that is not to be applied in every single situation. Just so we’re on the same page. [/quote]
absolutely…and not just cutting … if your primary goal is just appearance year round then certainly an ai is a good idea… if your goal is pack on large amounts of mass as quickly as possible…i would leave it out, this of course does not include those who get gyno just by walking past a bottle of test…for those guys …well that just sux
Glad to see how the thread has developed. I’ll stick to my original plan, but will continue to research more in the coming months. Thanks for your opinions.
