Alright before I get yelled at yes I have been reading threads like crazy and researching. I won’t ask about should I do this or that because I know the answers I will get. lol
So first I want to know everyones out look on this. I have used bodybuilding.com but no one seems to answer this directly. I lifted in high school for football, and I stopped once I got to college and started drinking beer. I am naturally big and at one point my senior year was 6’3 260 and strong but also had a bit of fat as you can imagine. Went on to college partied and stupid shit for like a year and stayed about that weight. Well about a little over a year ago I got into “bodybuilding” I use quotes cause I don’t compete so I don’t know that I exactly count as a bodybuilder.
Anyways I have been dieting pretty much the whole time and now im about 225 and have been stuck here for like 4 months. My question is one, should I continue to cut, at about 15-17% BF or bulk? Also just going to throw this in for anyone who wishes to address it.
Critique my first cycle…First cycle TEST-E 500 mg a week for 10 weeks, 2 weeks after last injection → Day 1 Clomid 250mg + Nolvadex 60mg, following 10 days Clomid 100mg + Nolvadex 40mg, following 10 days Clomid 50mg + Nolvadex 20mg
Will probably wait to do first cycle for at least another year however.
Test E is a good first cycle but your missing a few things. First your going to want to run an AI such as adex or aromasin to prevent estrogen side effects and also it will help with the bloat. Second, I would also have some extra Nolva on hand just in case during your cycle you start getting itchy, puffy, or tender nipples. Third, your pct is wrong. There is no need to use 250mg of clomid, it should look like this:
Bro science bullshit. people overthink everything. i doubt with 500 a week(probably fake or weak anyway)you’ll even need ai. The truth is 10 weeks of this, you will see little results anyway, but it will let you know a little bit about your body, which will help on the next cycle. keep a bottle of armdex in drawer, but you won’t need it.
I work with all kinds of clients, had people as high as 1000 a week and have only needed ai once in ten years. thats realworld shit, not web bulshit where people repete what they read someplace eles.test e has built in taper, so don’t worry about it at this dose, but realize, your young and once you do first cycle, your on for life. I would push my genetic bounderies first. people spending more time and money on ai than on stack, diet and training. is screwed

I’ve seen with my two eyes a few people at 500mg a week get all the symptoms of high estrogen and that’s not bro science that’s real world shit and its definitely not bro science when there are thousands of other threads you can read where people get sides at 500mg a week. Everybody is different so you saying he won’t need it is the very definition of bro science and you regurgitate your bs like everybody will react just like you.

Let me try and use an analogy here, sure some people have not used AI and been fine but think of it like insurance just because i havent wrecked my fuckin car doesnt mean i dont want insurance. To each his own but do you really think a first cycle guy should throw their hands up and say fuck it?

OP as far as your cut vs bulk question, before you cycle i would recommend dropping BF doesnt have to be single digit but shoot for 10-13. You will be much happier with your results
VT funny stuff, I just think we’ve swung to far.I mean ai wasn’t a concern in 80’s 70’s guys were running big stacks of real juice, it’s a conceern for sure, but estro. plays a big part in getting big and strong, shutting it down can kill gains on small cycle. Yes I’m biased, 1 gram of test a week, drop to 400 three weeks out, run GH two weeks after last pin, bring you back on track, keep armidex in drawer, for itchy nips. I agree a little on the AI issue because that has been my experience using it (or not using it), but I think it’s different for everyone. 500mg/test for a first cycle will absolutely produce results. That was an idiotic statement.
I agree it’s a good starting cycle, find out tolerance, but easy on ai, keep it handy and see, if itchy nips start, take armdex a day for a week, and move on. It’s not worth looseing sleep over
