Yea, it was anabolic minds. Jacob was saying to post if you had a good experience with it like you mentioned. He wants it to be out there as much as possible. I’m a regular poster here, and it worked fabulous for me. A complete non-biased opinion. If it sucked I would be saying don’t bother with it. It worked for me to the point where anybody that is bulking and eating a lot of carbs and isn’t taking this with their carb meals is missing out hugely. That’s my opinion at least.
the instructions say to take before breakfast, pre-workout meal, and post-workout meal on training days. and before breakfast, lunch, dinner on non-training days.
now if i have a pre and post workout shake there’s no need for it, cause the body is already in the same state this supplement is supposed to create, and all carbs and protein are pretty much getting shoved into the muscle.
also as i understand from user feedback, you should take this before eating complex carbs, but it might not work or might make you feel bad if you take it before simple carbs. since pre and post workout shakes are made of simple carbs, if i get this supplement im just gonna skip taking it in these two meals.
now i have a question: isnt there a limit to how much glyocogen can be stored in the muscle? i mean, should we really be taking this with every meal?
can i just take this supplement before breakfast, lunch, and dinner on non-training days? (4 days a week), and just dont take it at all during training days? this would also make up for its high price.

Umm there’s only about 5 million FAQs that promoters have opened up on different message boards across the web.
And I’m not trying to push this supplement or anything, but not taking it around the workout timeframe would be like not taking Spike around the workout timeframe.
Think about it.
