There actually is a thread in the Trek BBS about fitness and weight lifting etc. That could be a fun place to post, though it’s understandably slow. Me and a guy called RAMA are the two biggest guys on the board for sure.

Hi, I saw your post about Klingons and Uranus and came in after to hopefully cover your sledgehammer approach. StellyD came in quite carefully with a thread about weight rooms on the Enterprise and even sucked me in like a fool (I have had 6 pints of beer tonight).
Just suqeeze into other threads and milk it for a few days…that’s what I think. As I said they’re used to spam there so if you come in all “Darth Vader can Kick Kirk’s Ass” they cancel you like season 3!
I just checked back and it looks like DBKlingon and SpockyD are doing their homework, what with referencing Romulans having copper based blood and all.

Shit. Subtlety’s not exactly my strong point. Okay, I’ll try. I’m going to slowly infiltrate any existing threads with talk of weight-lifting. It’ll be subtle; a mention about interplanetary steroid testing here, a mention about proper form when deadlifting in Romulan systems there and I should be good to go.
