Progressively Overload w/ Alcohol

Ummm…

Her liver will hate her and you.
While drinking more often can increase tolerance, I’m not sure that can really happen over a 14 day period.
All you’ll be doing is ensuring she’s drunk for the two weeks previous to her birthday.
If she doesn’t get burnt out on drinking, she’s at least going to enjoy it less when her birthday rolls around.
I would say just let her get smashed on her 21st. I’m assuming that’s what SHE wants to do anyway.

Okay, so seriously - the cells in your liver regenerate. Recovery time should be even faster than from normal training protocols because of this.

I understand the burn out factor, but some people really have the focus and the “eye of the tiger” to make these kind of plans work.

hockechamp14, why don’t you just admit that you want to bang her?

Does she want to be able to hold alcohol like a keg?

This is not funny and I do not condone it.

Really - I just think you want to get this “friend” of yours drunk so you can smash her the everyday of the fortnight leading up to her b-day. You’re a mischievous perverted scumbag, aren’t you?[/quote]

x2

I hope the OP isn’t serious because this is a terrible idea.

She should just drink what SHE feels comfortable drinking.

Even you were to train her up over a three month period to be able to handle significantly more booze, all you’d likely do is imbue her with a false sense of confidence in her drinking capacities.

Either way, if she tries to keep pace with far bigger, more seasoned drinkers, she’s going to get mad-silly-drunk & chunder all over the place <<Happens all the time.

Also, since it sounds like the OP is trying to fond a way to help her drink a lot we have to ask: why?

Is it to help her get really drunk and have a great time? Then DON’T have her drink for a couple of weeks before the party then let her have a few drinks.

If she were to build up a tolerance then you’re just finding a way to spend more money on her since her friends should be buying her drinks that night anyway.

What’s the point?

I thought OP was trollin but it looks like he’s actually serious.

OP, you don’t significantly increase your tolerance in 20 days… she’s just going to get sick.

Exactly why I didn’t bother with a long-winded post. You think you can convince a person like this?

I really think the OP was kind of joking, and you’re all being douches.

NEVER do tequila and rum on the same day. Even newbie drinkers know this.

THIS.

But…

I lol’ed pretty hard at this line.

I say go for it and hopefully you all die of alcohol poisoning half way in. It will be your reward for willfully ingesting that much of a toxic substance

WAIT… so I should take advice from someone who’s parents were dumb enough to leave gasoline out for their two year old? Sounds like they could have used some training in alcohol in order to increase decision making abilities during consumption.

nice try to divert attention from the fact that you are a MORON, a perverted moron.

Here’s an absolutely crazy idea:
Don’t buy her so many drinks on her birthday… or at least wait until after 12 or 1 before you do. Saves you money, and lets her enjoy the night without being kicked out of the bar at 10 for puking.

What’s more important - getting your friend to puke or making sure she has a fun time on her birthday?

So now Yo Momma is a guru when it comes to peaking? Do you have any examples of people you’ve peaked for competition? Yo momma I think you’re fantastic, but I don’t think this is your battle. If you can prove me wrong with any competitors I’d love that though!

It’s really a matter of determination, I know they say not to squat and deadlift in the same day, but there’s plenty of people (think sheiko) who do. If you want big gains you may have to break a few “rules.”

Also, I can’t believe all of you think I’d be dumb enough to run up my own drink tab on her.

I designed this program for her since she asked me to. I didn’t realize that T-Nation was so full of haters for people who are trying to set a new personal best!

Waiting for the signal from the judges:

Post rum-tequila challenge:

Ah Hahahaha! Looks like she tried to drink milk to smooth out the inevitable.

Never works and just stains your sinuses with the smell of cottage cheese barf the whole next day.
