Hello.
Been back in the gym going on 8 weeks: split between 5*5 and Metabolic Complexes. Only goal is fat loss (though I’m adding muscle as a side effect); down 68lbs in 15 weeks.
Was looking at “Get back in shape blitz program” as the next block. Do you still recommend this, or is Metcon program more advanced?
