Program for Sprinter During GPP

Hey Coach,

I completed your Explosive Fast Twitch Program and really liked it! Do you have any additional recommendations for a program structure for a sprinter (100m/200m) during general preparation (GPP) phase? Looking to gain some muscle and strength while maintaining my athleticism and explosiveness.

I’m planning to do the Explosive Fast Twitch program again during Specific Prep or pre-competition, if that makes sense. But if you have any additional recommendations for additional programs of yours that you created I’d really appreciate it. Thanks!
