I’m currently 2 weeks into my second cycle. 500mg Test E wk 1-12 with frontload, 40 mg dbol wk 1-4. I have a little more fat percentage than I wished to have, roughly about 15%.
I noticed my nipple area to become puffy and it seems like there is some tissue building up around my nipple, it has a ring shape. But I have NO lump, NO sensitivity, basically no typical signs of gyno. It is similar to this picture.
I’ve read some articles about progesterone gyno that is different to typical oestrogen induced gyno. In this article, the author said, that progesterone gyno is typical with building up of some soft tissue without lump.
Is it true and could it be my case?
Or can this effect be just temporary and caused e.g. by bloat?

well, you’re not really taking anything that’ll raise progesterone too much, though. it’s prolly the bloat from estrogen… d-bol causes aromatization in lots of guys.
are you taking an AI? if not, i’d add in A-dex at .25 mg/EOD and see how that goes…
Thanks for opinion, I’m currently in week 3 and have gained already 10lbs so bloat is definitely there But I got my BP checked 2 days ago and it was 120/75 and I feel generally very good. Have AI on hand but haven’t used it yet. I guess I’ll try it and see what happens.
Btw is that progesterone gyno (said to be different from oestrogen gyno) a real thing or just a myth?
I had prolactin gyno which is the same as what I think you’re referring to?
I had it removed because when I tried caber and adex it was already too late (I had it pretty bad since puberty). I was on nothing that would raise prolactin at all however my levels were high and my estradiol was almost non existent for whatever reason. Get blood work if you’re concerned
OK, although I’m a bit worried now, thanks for your reply! What exactly are all the hormones that can cause gyno and should be checked?
Oestrogen
Estradiol (E2)
Prolactin
Progesterone
any other?
And how to recognize a problem in results? I mean… e.g. Oestrogen will be sky high for sure and still as long as my T level is high and Oestrogen level is under my borderline to develop gyno (which can’t be determined), it should be OK, right? So in case of those other ones is always TOO HIGH = source of problems?
