Myabe its just me or maybe im just not looking in the right places but i havent seen a post by professor x in quite some time. i hope he is still out there some where because i definitly have benifited from reading the bulk of his posts and i just hope im looking in the wrong places and that he is still on here somewhere.

Bbbbbbbbbut, I have to work out in a few minutes and I’m not sure if I should go with 9 reps or 10 reps!!! I don’t know if I should eat 36.55 grams of protein before or 56.54646 grams!!! Faack!
My workout is fucked, now. I’m just going to skip it-- this is too complicated.

What tempo are you using: 1/1/1, 4/X/2, 3/1/1 (personally I like the one with the X, because X’s are X-treme and hardcore and that’s why all the TV shows use it in their name)

Is it Chest and Bis day, Bi and Chest Day, Arm day, Chest day or TBT?

I’m assuming your nutrition is spot on and your on a no carb diet (other than the Fruit Loops and beer) so did you make sure to have 1.85g/lbs of lean body mass / 6 meals or a PB&J sandwich 2 hours prior to training?
