Prison Rape Attitudes

I do not know the rate of prison rape, but are the people that commit rape while in prison ever convicted and have time added on to their sentence or does the justice system just look the other way?

Have you ever seen 16yr old girls? Sure alotta em are muturing fast for their age but the majority of them still look like…well…GIRLS. I think many people have pedophile leanings here…they’re little girls! I don’t think im that old…im 23…but to me even 18 now almost seems too young…but 16??? You have GOT to be kidding me. Stat Rape for sure.

The key is that it’s STATUTORY rape - that is, rape as defined by statute. It assumes the girl is too young to consent, as opposed to rape itself, where the lack of consent is an aspect of the crime to be proved.

Gross? Absolutely. 16 year old girls are disgustingly young. Illegal? Not in OP’s hypothetical, or in a lot of states.

Bottom line is this…

If you cant take it in the ass, dont do crime. No matter how “good” the boy is in that second scenario, he went along with it and didnt try to stop the car theft. IMO, anyone who is dumb enough to let themselves be caught should get a wiener in the ass. “If you cant do the time…”

The punishment doesn’t fit the crime. Someone caught with a bag of pot or joy riding doesn’t deserved to get raped.

Its fuckin prison/jail. WTF do you expect? Plus the chick on the first scenario wasnt raped. She wanted the shit to happen thats why its called CONSENSUAL.

This is idiotic for 2 reasons.

#1 Just because you’ve been sent to jail does not mean you deserved to be raped. People go to jail for not paying tickets they didn’t even know about.

#2 Ever hear of something called statutory rape?

The punishment doesnt fit the crime? True. But its prison man. You expect to get a cake for getting jailed? Thats why we have laws to abide. The more you follow those, lesser the chance of you being fucked in the ass in jail. The world is a cruel place to live in. Its jail, again what do you expect?

I expect my government to protect the people it locks up.

They seem to be able to do that, as are most other civilized nations.

Not me, I would not mind a severe case of swine flu going around in there.

In a lot of states the age of consent is 16. Most I think.

Its nothing any one can say to convince me that rape, even prison rape isnt about sexual gratification. theres a million other ways to dominate someone besides raping them.

And yet none would inflict the long-term psychological damage of a sexual violation. It’s the ultimate act of power: the rapist is telling you that they can, quite literally, fuck with you whenever you want.

He is showing that you are their property, to use as they please. You are no longer human, just a commodity.

You can recover from a severe beating. The rape would stay with you long, long after the assault is over.[/quote]

Yeah but for a man to rape someone he has to get a boner, which means he has to be sexually aroused…

And domination and the exertion of power over someone can create sexual arousal.

You ain’t kidding!

poop

Well this is too long to read all of it, so I’ll just say my piece.

First Clip said the chick was age of consent. She consented to have sex, which to the guy who said the age gap is wrong I think you are uncultured, so there is no rape. The second thing, you do not get raped in jail unless you let yourself be raped. This is not AHX, white bald dudes don’t attack everyone in the shower and stick it in their ass and split you open.

I have been in jail before, and it mostly consists of lonely ass dudes asking if you want to switch (he fucks you in the ass and you fuck him in the ass). The only time I have seen a dude get raped was because of some disrespect towards a group of inmates. I’ve never understood this phenom of a tale outside of jail/prison. Life in prison is just like life outside prison. You disrespect someone, something usually happens to you. It just so happens that in jail/prison serious penalty for disrespect.

They stole a car, that’s like saying you shouldn’t go to jail for shooting a gun, but not mentioning you stole the gun. Hell if someone tried to steal my car I think I’d blow the back of their head off, or at least blow a hole in their ass then beat the shit out of them.

I would say that the majority of people in jail is either innocent or are there because of a malum prohibitum, a state crime that would not exits were it not for wanna be nannies and busybodies.

To also have them raped or expose them to diseases is a bit much.

City/county jails and prison are two different things. It takes a damn good offense to put a person in prison. If a person gets sent to prison, majority of the time they’ve earned it.

Bottom line, if you don’t want to get raped, don’t get sent to prison. The stigma of being raped probably deters more people from committing crimes.

That’s absolute nonsense. If that were true there would be far less crime by now. The threat of rape and violence does nothing but create more dangerous and violent criminals, and guess what, MOST OF THEM ARE GOING TO BE RELEASED BACK INTO SOCIETY. What do you think happens then. They’re going to be sweeter and more well behaved? Not likely. Most are far worse than before. The whole they got it coming mentality does nothing but help perpetuate the problem of creating worse criminals and does nothing to help rehabilitate anyone. Worse criminals commit worse crimes on innocent society.

I think the age of consent in florida is 16, however if you are over the age of 24 it makes it stat-rape…still…idk

SO…in FL…if you are over the age of 24 and you are caught slammin some 16yr old…it doesnt matter what any of you think about consent and she wanted it and yada yada yada. DUDE GOES TO JAIL! The judge isnt going to give a rats ass that she said “yes.”

http://www.4parents.gov/sexrisky/teen_sex/statelaws_chart/statelaws_chart.html
this is a year old…however i think its changed to what my previous post is…16-24

“These laws are designed to protect teens from older men or women who try to take advantage of them by pressuring, forcing, or convincing them to have sex. It doesnâ??t matter if the teen says â??yesâ??. The older person can still be charged with a crime.”-From the site above^

But why put your dick in another mans butt? And if you watch some of those videos I posted a few pages back and watch the Fleece Johnson interview and listen to them talk, they say their primary motivation for raping is to get sexual gratification because there are no women around. One guy said in the streets he could never see himself loving another man, but now tat he’s facing long decades without a woman he can definitely see himself with a man.
