In MI its 16 period. Its only 18 if you hold a position of authority over the teen. Say a 16 year old has a 26 y/o boyfriend and they have sex, thats not against the law. Now say the 26 y/o is a teacher at her school, now it is against the law, unless shes 18.

No it isn’t like saying that at all. They should go to jail for stealing a car. They shouldn’t get raped for stealing the car. 2 totally different things.
Most guys who are into homosexual stuff, are either openly gay, or have been inside so long they no longer know a difference, or it is a form of punishment or discipline. Some of you really are not getting it. It is primal, damn near primordial. There are some people who just want what they want, and will try to take it, sometimes for no reason at all. I would not call this the majority of the time, but it does happen. It is not a question of should they or shouldn’t they be raped, it it something that happens either way. It is a part of prison life. Basically, it’s fucking Thunderdome.
And some did mention a good point, jail and prison are not the same. Jail is worse, much worse.

I do not think the judge punishes them with 3-5 years for grand theft, and weekly ass rape. So, that is a voluntary action by the rapist. So talk to the rapist not the judge.
This has nothing to do with the rapist or the judge. It’s about society accepting and joking about men getting raped in jail and others saying ignorant shit like “If your dumb enough to get looked up, you deserved to get raped in jail.” Even for something like stealing a car. If you look at my original post about the whole joy riding scenario you’d see the context that in which it was made.

Well, yes I have never heard that shit. That is probably because most people I know have spent a night or two in jail at least once in their life. I have never been raped and no one has ever said that around me. So, I am not sure who says this, but they are retarded. I laugh at jail house rape because it’s funny. Especially if you watch it with someone who has never been there. It is ridiculous how they portray it on TV, that is why it is hilarious. The people that say that, laugh at them because they have no idea how life in jail really is.
