Primobolan and Sustanon 250 Cycle

I start my 1st cycle 06 feb ( 08 weeks untill today ) I have another 4 weeks to go as I think. Below are my questions. Please answer with your knowledge my friends.

1.my weight around 80 kg before I start cycle now my weight around 77kg I lost 3 kg. Is it normal ?

  1. I wanted lean bulky mussles. I have small change but didn’t see much different. What is any other gear I have to goes for last 4 weeks ? Is it ok to use anadrol now ? With sus and prim

  2. What is the best pct for me after cycle

I start my 1st cycle after 1 year of training

Your first cycle should always be just testosterone so do not add in anadrol on top of your sust and primo.

You didn’t state your dosage level so I have no idea if your weight change sounds correct. It is also possible you didn’t actually buy legit steroids. Chances are if you did not purchase your primo from a pharmacy then it is probably fake. Fake primo can be nothing or it can be a substitute of another steroid. The UGLs like to give you low dose equipoise as a substitute. If you had preformed more research prior to this cycle you would have known to stay away from primo until you have a good source. It is a lesson lots of guys learn the hard way.

You lack of weight gain could be explained with looking at your diet and sleep patterns. Of course you need proper work outs but a good rule of thumb is, if you can’t gain without steroids then don’t waist money on steroids because you don’t know how to gain muscle with your body. You only have a year in training so there is a chance you have just not yet found what it takes for you to gain muscle.

You should have researched and purchased what you needed for PCT before you ever injected anything. You will probably be ok with a Nolvadex PCT. Get enough to take 40mgs a day for two weeks then 20 mgs a day for two weeks.

Let us know what kind of dosage level per week you are running. That way we can figure out if your steroid source is good or bad. At least you should be able to learn if your source is good or not so you will know if you decide to try another cycle.

I run a 1ml x 2time per week -sus 250
and 1ml x2 time per week -prim

Regardless of which ester of “primo” you have, even if it is not real if the sust is real you should be able to gain on that dosage. For the record that dose of primo is pointless. If it is enanthate and it is at 100mgs per ml then maybe just maybe it is doing a little something but that is hopeful. Primo is one of those you have to run high to get anything out of it.

Look at your diet. Are you eating 2 grams of protein for every kilo of body weight? Are you training with legit amounts of weight? Are you doing enough reps?

When I train a given muscle group like biceps I four to five exercises with four sets each. The rep count for the sets are 15, 12, 10, and 10. You need to be going up in weight each set. Your last set needs to be at a weight where you are having to put in a good amount of effort by rep 6. Heck even the third set needs to be at a weight where around rep 7-8 you have to struggle.

The only way I have ever been able to gain and develop muscle is with concentrated isolation. I do a day of triceps, a day of biceps, a day of shoulders and traps, a day of back, a day of chest and a day of legs. If I go 7 days a week then I do a day of core and abs. Maybe you just have to do something like that to gain.

The other thing to look at and I see so many guys doing the wrong stuff for their muscle because they don’t know about this. Look up “long bellied muscle vs short bellied muscle.” Your work outs need to be tailored to your muscle belly type.

You should definitely be able to gain on 500mgs a week of testosterone so something else is going on if you are not gaining.
