Just about to start this primer 52 but I am a shift worker and I am unable to train some days of the week without compromising recovery. Just wondering how should I approach diet on these days? I can fast and be active, but I cant really train for strength or muscle on these days. I am thinking i will just eat for the day i have next just wondering if theres a better way.
