Primer 52 for Type 2B?

Just wondering if would it work for 2b

For 2b on the strength low rep work what method would work best? And on which days can i use the loaded stretching method ?

Well low-rep/strength is relative.

For a 2B you can go with:

  1. Rest/pause doing 6-8 reps/rest 10-15 sec/do as many additional reps as you can
  2. Drop set starting with around 80%, doing 6 reps (close to failure) then dropping the weight by 20% and getting as many extra reps as possible
  3. Clusters using 82-87% and doing 6-7 reps using 10 sec of rest between each reps
