CT I was reading the chapter on EQI and was curious if you could get the same effect if instead of doing a EQI on 2 boxes with the pushup one could do it with bands on the bench press. Just curious. Also I want to thank you for the last week precontest prep you gave me. I look better than I did for the last show and I am totally pumped for Saturday. I just had my anything goes carb meal a couple of hours ago and I took some shots afterward and just wanted to share to see what you thought. Thanks again.

Here is another one

What is the best way to train the pulling muscles for athletic performance?

Thanks CT

CT,
I have been working out for 4 months now but I still have rounded shoulders. Is there any exercise you recommended to fix this?

You developped your bad posture over several years … 4 months of training wont cure it! Go read “Neanderthal no more” in the archieve for some good exercises.

What kind of split would you use in order to incorporate your workout entitled “The Power Look” for trap development? (Did you see my PM about this one?)

Thanks!
Matthew

Looking thicker Mike! Once you are dried up you should look really good on stage! Let me know how it went.

What about the EQI question I sent in the thread with the first photo. Can You do EQI with bands on the bench? Would it work like the box pushup EQI?

CT-

Will “Modern Strength & Power Methods” ever be put into a regular paperback or hardcover or will it forever remain an e-book?

Thanks.

Coach T,

can you give me some links in which I can further read up on russian and bulgarian training methods?
