Preworkout Energy Drink?

could someone help me out here. im making my own energy drink for preworkout. tell me what option would be better simply for energy and focus i dont care about burning fat.

A.Caffine, DMAE, Tyrosine, Ginko Biloba, Vitamin C or B6

B.Caffeine, taurine, tyrosine, vitamin c, ginseng, glucoronolactone

so i guess they’d both do the same thing i guess? anybody?

I dont know about that, but the Spike Shooters are pretty cheap (I dont know how much yours are costing) and they’re incredible.

So A looks like Power Drive, and B looks like an energy drink. Usually I sip my energy drink (Spike Shooter) before and/or during my workout and take Power Drive afterward with my shake to aid recovery.
