Spike vs Pre-Workout Difference

Hey guys,

I’m about to make an order and looking to pump up my training for the next couple of weeks. I’ve used a pre-workout powder for a span of time before and it made my workouts amazing. Focused and tons of energy. Is Spike considered the same thing as a “pre-workout” or should I order a separate pre-workout formula and take it along with Spike?

In short, is popping a Spike pill the same as drinking a pre-workout shake (ie super pump, NO-Xplode, Jacked, etc)

Thanks in advance

Spike Shooters would be the way to go if you want the energy/focus. But there isn’t a pump complex–jack3d doesn’t give pumps so if you’re looking for the intensity/energy/focus aspect–WITHOUT THE CRASH- Spike Shooter would be the way to go–taste amazing too.

Also, 1 Spike Shooter keeps me fully energized and an overall “awesome” feeling from 5:30AM thru classes and till about 8PM (I rise early so I fall asleep by 10pm on weekdays)

Yup. I can honestly say Spike is the only drink that gives me good energy without the “I feel like I’m about to meet death” jitters. And I don’t get a crash after either. Plus, it tastes DARN good. Both flavors are good to me.
