Prevent Hair Loss On Masteron?

I’ll be 39 in a few weeks. I do have a little bit of thinning at the crown and a slightly receding hairline. I’ve done test cycles before with finasteride and did not notice any additional hair loss.

I’m about to start a Test + Masteron cycle. 100 EOD for both. I’ll also be taking dutasteride and .25 adex.

My understanding is that Dutasteride does not prevent hair loss on Masteron, because it causes hair loss for reasons besides DHT.

So my questions are:

  1. Would a topical (minoxidil 5%) plus a shampoo (i.e. Nizoral) prevent (or at least minimize hair loss)

  2. What would be the shortest time / lowest dose that would be effective for Masteron if you wanted to limit the time on and thus minimize hair loss? i.e. Can Mast be used at 50 EOD for the last 2 weeks of your cycle to harden up?

I’m pretty sure the guy’s head is shiny as a cue ball 13 years after his original post.

I dont believe traditional DHT such as Finesteride work on steroids such as Mast / Primo etc. I could be wrong. Finesteride works by inhibiting the enzyme that converts T to DHT, but those anabolics mentioned already act as DHTs. Hence no reduction.
