You’re not comparing Trump and Hillary - you’re attempting to rebut criticism of Trump by claiming Hillary is awful. But that isn’t a rebuttal - it’s a dodge, it’s a distraction. I’ve compared Trump and Hillary, and they are eminently comparable - and both loathesome. So neither will get my vote in 2016. But you’re confused on basic logic - whether Trump is unfit or not has nothing to do with Hillary’s shortcomings. His fitness or not rises or falls on its own merits. Smart people get that. You keep saying Trump is going to to appoint conservative justices based on “taking him at his word” - how many words have been spilled in this very forum explaining that Trump is merely saying things to get elected and nothing he said is genuine? He’s been pro-choice since time immemorial and recently conceded there was no need to change the law on abortion (after taking about five different positions on abortion in 48 hours). No one is making sense on Trump - he’s not telling truth in anything policy-related, except when he is, and the sole determinant is whether that person likes what he is hearing. The AP link to the original story is dead in your article btw but the first time I heard this story they went a far back as 1974.
My question is: how do they even know the business relations between him and his father? His father died in 1999. At what point did those assets go from being his fathers to into being under his control?
I thought he was a buffoon who just rode his father’s coat-tails. If that’s the case why would you assume he even had control over the company’s assets while his father was alive?
