Good luck training for a few decades and not even hitting the standard.

I hit it decades ago, and I was encouraging him to hit the standard as well. You know what happens when you assume.
heh, thanks OP. It’s only that middle one I haven’t yet hit, but I can’t say I’m currently working on it either.
Now to actually add something of value, I am also pleased with my PN purchase decision back in 2006. The Gourmet Nutrition cookbook alone made it worth it, and I’m happy to support Dr Berardi (just as I’m happy supporting Biotest) considering how they’ve all contributed to my personal progress and general health overall.

Glad to hear you found PN useful, as I am a beginner at it.
I took the quick start grocery list to the grocery store today, and over 2 hours later and $221 lighter, walked out, came home, cleaned out the fridge & tried the first recipe, a turkey, veggie & egg breakfast burrito. I look forward to trying more recipes, including the pecan crusted salmon for lunch. I want to try to keep track of the nutrition on a daily basis, maybe using fitday.com, to try to continue eating healthy.
