Over the time I dropped some technique like pre exhaust or superset and I’m focused on your last guidelines. In fact I got more results focus on recruit as many fibers as possible with strength portion in the workout that pre exhausting.
But using the last templates, do you thing I could take advantage with this organization for increase muscle mass?

Ladder Waves, Hepburn method etc..
B. Isolation exercise
Any R/P technique with rotation of drops, iso etc
C. Compound exercise primary
Any R/P technique with rotation of drops, iso, etc
D. Compound exercise secondary

E. EQI or Isolation exercise
mTOR style with exercise in stretch position
