this week I finally bust through my DL plateau of 465. I got 475 for 3 and 485 for 1… 500 here I come.
400LB bench. Finally get to join the 400 club. 500 is not far behind.

235lbs bodyweight
Hit an easy 405 squat about 1"below parallel, hit about 265 for 5 on a 10.5" box (that friggen hurt, the box was WAY too low), hit a 245lb arched back good morning (it was ugly) did better with 235 (it was pretty), and hit 335 on my bench about 5 weeks ago, I’m going for 350 tomorrow, will let you all know how it went

God, I look back at what I used to lift and I almost want to slam my nuts in a door for letting all of my strength go. I used to have a 425 bench, 600 squat, and around 600-605 deadlift at 240-245 and I’m a shadow of that now. Fellas, when you get strong, don’t let it go! I could be elite by now :`(
I put up a new max in bench: 345 @ 205 pounds.
300lb squat today. Next session I’m shooting for double my body weight!
