Hey everyone, I just wanted to share my training log with all of you through my bodybuilding season. I’m currently preparing for a USAPL meet on the 17th. Current training maxes are:
Squat: 375 lbs
Bench: 260 lbs
Deadlift: 485 lbs
All RAW training maxes btw.
