I’m posting my work routines that I came across and put together. I’ll just put out chest, legs and back. I’m basically asking does this sound like a good workout for building strength and putting on muscle mass.
legs:
dead squat 5sets - 5 60% of max
hack squats 4sets - 8
walking dumbbell lunges 4sets - 14
sumo dead lift 5sets - 6
leg extensions 3sets - 12,12,burnout
leg curls 3sets - 12,12,burnout
chest:
Dead bench press 5sets - 6 70% of max
incline bench 6sets - 4
dead dumbbell press 4sets - 6
dumbbell incline flyes 4sets - 6
cable flyes 4sets - 12
back:
Meadow rows 5sets - 10
one arm dumbbell rows 4sets - 10
dumbbell deadstop rows 4sets - 8
stretchers 5sets - 6-8
weighted lat pulls 4sets - 10
scapulae stretch pulldowns 4sets - 8
