And these several people - how much are they benching?
I’m at a powerlifting gym and damn near everybody arches. Many of us are also record holders, compete at the national level, or at the minimum qualified for it. There are also 5-6 powerlifting refs at my gym too.
I’m a powerlifting ref myself. If I knew a guy was training for powerlifting, and they asked me to look at their set, like many lifters at my gym do towards their end of meet prep, I’d tell them not to hitch. If they hitched at a meet, I’d red light it.
But if I saw a big strongman competitor doing axle deadlifts with figure 8 straps and hitching, I wouldn’t say shit.
I go to LA fitness, not metro-flex. 225 is the usual max press there, sometimes 315. But usually guys are pressing 135 or less. I press 225 on flat bench. Never thought to go higher. 405 deadlift, I can die happy with that number. Not going to mention squats. You fuckers will die laughing if I mention it.
So by a PL standard, no I don’t lift. I never said any of you weren’t strong. You should be as all you do is max out.
Galileo was ordered to turn himself in to the Holy Office to begin trial for holding the belief that the Earth revolves around the Sun, which was deemed heretical by the Catholic Church.
Goodbye bitches. If you want me back in your subset forum, post something else that a non PL will have issues understanding and tag me. I’ll come back.
Fuck you, I’m going to do some cardio and light pulls…
