looking good man excited to see how it goes.
Very impressive! You have tons of potential. Best of luck. Diet should be no problem with hour conditioning.
Awesome stuff! You seem to be combining the “best of both worlds” in terms of powerlifting and bodybuilding – very envious! Keep us posted.
Sup mayyyyne
Thanks guys for all the kind words, this is gonna be really fun. Focussing aesthetics is taking my love for lifting to a whole other level. Hopefully I can market myself as like the strongest physique athlete or something like that

Good luck man. You’re looking super lean already. My only tip, which zraw also advocates, is to get maximal stretch and contraction on each rep when training for hypertrophy/aesthetics.

About to hit the iron den in a few mins
Today was chest and lats, but somehow my triceps got a sick pump. This pic is literally just me standing there looking up, not flexed just pumped - cool side profile pic. Weighed in at 154 today
Worked up to 330 on bench for 3 sets of singles
3 different variations of flyes - Incline, flat, cable crossovers all w/ 2 sec squeezes
Pullups - 3 sets of failure with squeezes at top
Rear delt raises - 2 x 25 w/ squeezes at top
2 x 15 partial machine curls - these burned, had my forearms twitching
Feeling a bit horse are you? BOOM!
You need to bring up your back asap! May be put the deadlifts on the back burner for a while and add more volume for the lats. Pull ups aren’t enough IMO.

What do you suggest? I think my lower back is the weak spot, not my upper just my thoughts tho
Its all smoke and mirrors here…
Good work in here man, when your back up in Illinois let me know and we can work on your posing if you want. Or get a workout in.
I have a Template -coupled with Hepburn 3’s that is awesome for size and shape!
You still get up to Hometown anymore?

I like DB rows, reverse pull downs, Yates rows and wide grip pull downs personally. Back extenstions to finish. Dead lift after the lat work if you want.
