Hey CT,
Just working my way through your ‘Power Look Program’ & really enjoying it. Just started the 2nd phase where after the main lift you do an exercise that continues to work on your weakness then an exercise that is an overload to get use to handling heavier weights.
Just with the order of the 3 exercises, could you do instead:
- Main lift
- Overload lift
- Weakness lift
Feel during the workout doing the overload lift after the main lift flows better than doing it last in the workout.
In any case, is it ok to change the order to this way, or is it strategically ordered this way in the program for a reason?
