Power Clean Technique Advice?

After you pointed out the ideal catch position, I struggled to even get in that position in the first place. Wrist, elbows, and shoulders were all fighting me. I tried using front squats, and then I tried what amounted to a front-squat good morning.

After a bit of a hiatus – working with PT on a knee issue and a medical procedure – I’m back to working on it.

Here’s a video of where things are currently. Shoulder, elbows and wrists are doing a lot better, but I still struggle with getting much thoracic extension.
