first of all im sorry for my bad english^^
Thibaudeau i follow you for a long time and i try to put your tipps in praxis.
Now im in position where i need your help directly.
I search for a workout plan for max strength and size gains . Mostly interessted in size on upper body mostly arms ![]()
if it will be better i could also make a rest in boxing for several weeks to increase size and strength.
Second question: with which exersice i can improve my power and strength in boxing?
my position in some exersices and some physical details:
- bench press 85KG *8
- squat 120 KG * 5
- deadlift 125KG *5
- im 177cm
- 75 KG weight
- i practise boxing min. 2 times the week
- 18 years old
i would be really happy if you can help me to find the best workout plan for me.
