Hi guys.
I’ve been giving it more and more thought lately, since our good buddies in China have been resorting to dirty tactics to make a buck wherever and whenever they can lately. Leads and other various “yucky” ingredients have made reared their ugly heads in a shitload of different items, from toys, to pet food, to who knows what else.
I've been buying various different powders and things from a couple main sites, and thought nothing of it. But I dug around in the ol cupboard today and did some "hardened research". I looked at some labels...lol.
What prompted me to do this after some time of being distracted by various things, school, child, spouse etc, was that one of the suppliers I buy from has an overly "generic" label on their products. In the past I attributed this to simple cost reduction in order to supply a cheaper product. This is WAY too simple a deduction. In fact, this label has NO supplier batch #, NO experation date, NO "made in USA" or anywhere label. No ingredient list ie:fillers etc.
That's a lot of "NO's".
Their site is funny too. For instance it has as subtitles on the bottom of the page, ABOUT US, PRODUCT INFO, STORE, AFFILIATE PROGRAM. Well whether or not you click on any of the above besides the store, you go to the same stupid generic page which is the following:
Welcome to our store. We will be making constant changes on the cart that should not effect your shopping experience. There are many available upgrades that we do still need to perform. We have already integrated a wider selection of shipping methods and payment methods than we have previously. *International customers read below.

Pretty ridiculous huh?
I haven’t had any problems with the products and they SEEM good, but still, it’s a little shady. Now I recently touted them on the brain booster thread for a nice looking nootropic, and while I still will get it and try it out, it is disturbing to me about the shadiness now that I’ve been thinking about it a lot.
The BCAA'S are a great buy, but you don't know jack shit about when they were made, when they will expire, what's in them, where they got the powder etc.
This company is superiornutraceuticals.com
On the flip side, 1FAST400, or bulknutrition.com as it's known, IS made in the USA. It is stamped on all their products, and has an expiration date and batch/lot number etc. So they will be getting more of my service even if said products cost me a buck or two more. I don't like not knowing what the fuck I'm putting in my body and I'm sure you don't either.
Anyway, I just wanted to get this out in the open forums to let people know what I discovered FINALLY, after some distractions died down, and to raise attention to this important issue which I myself had been overlooking big time.
