Hey Zub, I mean Zeb, welcome to the site.
Some things you need to know as a newbie.
Curls are all you need. Make sure you do them in the curling rack.
Avoid lower body work, just makes you upper body look smaller.
Twinkies are great for bulking and cutting.
The metrosexual look is in.
Guess what, there is a political forum here.
Don’t make any sexual reference, we are easily offended. Especially that TC guy.
Protein is bad for the kidneys, unless it’s that wonderful soy.
Post a picture weekly asking if you should bulk or cut that week.

Clearly, I am addicted to T-Nation. I have it open all day at work and I keep clicking back on it every half hour or so - unless I’m very busy. But my workload ebbs and flows, which is why there are days when I seem to post all day and other stretches where I’m not on for a whole week. But, I can’t keep away.

That’d make two of us. I just got back from a 2 week vacation this week, and I have to admit, I was going crazy not being on T-Naiton all day…I seriously went through withdrawls…I even cried one day 'cause I missed it so much…must have my daily dose of T
I hardly ever post, but I check out the site a minimum of 5 to 6 times a day. There are very few if any experts on the subject of what I would call reasonably hardcore lifting in my very small hometown. People are always asking me questions when they see my lifting routines. After I respond they’re always asking, “How do you know all this.” I just say, “T-Nation its all on the Website.” Thanks T-Nation members I’m always on here and always get the information I need.

I can’t believe how many posts some people have on this site, 3000, 5000. You know some even have over 7000 posts!

O cmon. Half of those posts have something to do with gay marriage in one way or another.
We have to count your posts like Barry Bonds homeruns- maybe cut them in half to get what you should have. ![]()
Its the first site I open whenever I get back from class, so I probably check it 4-6 times a day. I need a hobby. Maybe I should take up weightlifting?
Its really the only thing I do on the net is post on this site and look at porn(yeah like you don’t do it) I’ve been around here for a few years just never posted much untill the last month or so. My new goal is to beat Zeb to 100,000.
I dont know if I mentioned, but I check this site as soon as I wake up, as soon as I get home from work, just before I go to bed.
Now that isnt that much!! But never mind the 10,000 times in between. Thanks for responding, I hope to see alot more of ya’ll
Yea I will agree that this forum can be addictive. A lot of good articles and more importantly a lot of good humour. I enjoy the occasional war of opinions.
Oh did I mention that there are some goofballs here as well who give some of us a chance to vent our frustrations whenever they post something stupid.

Not to sound uppity but don’t you believe that one good post is worth a hundredthousand lame ones?
My race is to make as many posts as possible that will stop and make people think…or the ones that people reread.
I enjoy reading intelligent ideas and comments. It makes me believe that mankind actually has a chance.

I was being slightly sarcastic.(you know as in jokingly ribbing Zeb for all the posts he has) I glad thats your goal and I think its a good one. I come here to talk to other people who lift and have the same goals that I do. I live in a small college community and lift at home. People who view training like I do are few and far inbetween around here.
If I make 1000000000000 posts on this message board and not one makes someone think, then I’ll probably be able to live with myself considering its just a message board.

It’s all good. I agree with you.
I’m just here for the party.

I couldn’t agree with this more; one simple sentence and I couldn’t come up with this myself.
I also love when someone has a totally opposite opinion than myself and they back it up intelligently. Its not that I want to agree with them, I really do want to respect them. When they don’t do this I get a “ripped off” feeling about them. I hate that.
Almost 900 hits and only 35 post? Come on guys/galls, don’t be afraid to let everyone in on your posting addiction.
Lets make this the biggest posted article ever!!!
I post therefore I am.
T-Nation is the most intellicetual site when it comes to no Bullshit advice about attaining your goals, whether it be getting huge, laid, paid divorced, or hiding dead bodies.
I normally check in at least every hour or so unless I’m stuck on the road.
Bullpup
Im getting paid double time today, and I am no busier than usual, which makes surfing this site a lucrative indeavor.
Being slow at work is cool.
I have this site open all day on my desktop. I check every so often while I am testing code, or running processes that take a bit to run…I call it multitasking…
More toward the end of the day when it is time to head out and hit the gym…helps get my mind in gear…
