why would a person need creatine just to lie about?
thinking of this curcumin reminds me of this tumeric drink i saw in target. i would never drink it. i cant even drink v8. but you know, tumeric and curry tastes great in food. if you put a bit in fish stew that could be the best thing on earth, better than chicken noodle soup.
finally got the surgery done today…( sort of a relief…) some questions that i wanted to ask.
1.was wondering if pulsing bcaas through the day be a smart idea to save as much lbm as possible?
was thinking of pulsing once when i wake and 3 more times between meals after that.
2.how much bcaa should i go for? how bout glutamine and creatine? is it worth purchasing these to add to the pulses?
3. how does gelatin help recovery? does sugar free jello count as gelatin?

- yes it puts you in anabolic mode, try it at least 30 minutes before meals, shoot for 5 grams, it starts to loose its effects after 17 days (+/-)
2- bcaa 5 grams per serving, glutamine its good for the immune and for periods of stress, from 5 to 15 grams. Creatine with 5 grams a day.
3 The structure of the protein of gelatin is the same as the one of the connective tissue, if free jello says it has protein go for it!!
