Ive never seen a picture of you. And your advice on AAS is not something I listen to. Two reasons I dontcare about your opinion.

Theres no need to make it personal. If you are the mass gain master, how come you’re still 85kg after how many steroid cycles? At your height you must have been around 70kg before you even started working out, nevermind before hitting the gear.
bushidobadboy wrote:
Really? That makes me question the legitimacy of your gear, because you do not look ‘geared up’ at all. What I mean is that you don’t display any of the standard physical characteristics:
Vascular
Full
Hard
Of course the camera could be taking dodgy pics.
BBB
Hmm I dont think camera was deceiving this time round BBB. The gear from week 1-7 was definetly duff, however on the ace and prop I defo saw changes towards the characteristics you mentioned.

I started lifting weights at 125lbs. I have pictures to back that up.
I now weigh ~200lbs with intercoastals and serratus showing. If I wanted to be 220lbs last year I could have. Im not a bodybuilder. And at the moment I cant afford to buy custom shirts and suits so I have to keep my weight below a certain point. Because being 5’7 200lbs with a 31" waist already makes finding professional attire a hassle.
WHo the hell are you to tell me what to make personal? I told the guy that I dont care what he has to say because his advice is consistently horrible and no one knows what he looks like.
I could say the same about you except for the fact that you simply parrot information that isnt controversial and thus remove yourself from debatable topics. You have been able to repeat and regurgitate information that is generally accurate, which is good, but it doesnt mean I would come to you for advice. And you have no pictures as well. So when I say that Im not going to listen to someones advice for those reasons its not a personal thing, it’s a common sense thing.
Why you felt the need to butt in to the conversation between the other guy and myself I have no idea.
56kg to 70kg: achieveable naturally by anyone
70kg to 85/90kg: with steroids you gained at most 40 pounds.
How many cycles did this take? If its more than 3, perhaps you might want to consider the possibility that there are faster ways of gaining mass on steroids than what you currently think is best.

How many cycles? How is that relevant? Surely a more appropriate gauge would be how many weeks Ive been on AAS while having the goal of gaining mass. You throw around arbitrary numbers like they have any relevance to me as an INDIVIDUAL. People thoght I weighed 200lbs when I weighed 180. 200lbs, as a number, means nothing. Which is why I have a picture up.
And until you have a picture of yourself I dont feel compelled to prove or justify anything more than I just did.
Im not concerned with ‘gaining mass on steroids’. Im focused on becoming as muscular and lean as I desire. But theres a real good chance youre too fat to understand that.

Since your focus and majority of experience with steroids is on becoming muscular and lean, then your qualifications for advising people on how to gain mass on steroids are pretty weak.
So far, you have given no logical reason why trying to gain muscle with zero fat gain is the BEST way to gain mass. The vast majority of people who use steroids are looking to get bigger. There is plenty of evidence that simply eating excessive calories creates lean body mass, WITHOUT STEROIDS.
I mentioned the sumo wrestler study, clinically obese people also have significant muscle mass. There is a reason for this, and its pretty obvious what it is. The only way to obtain the OPTIMUM amount of muscle mass from a training/steroid cycle is to eat EXCESS CALORIES. And since it is impossible to know your exact calorie requirements from day to day, the only way to achieve this is to eat slightly more than you need on average. If you do it right, you will gain some fat, but you do not have to turn into the nutty professor.
Please explain WHY eating so that you gain NO FAT on a steroid cycle, is the optimum way to build muscle mass, if that is your goal.
I’m a Nak Muay. My requirements for my sport are MUCH different to yours. You want to gauge my opinions based on your body dysmorphic standards?
I fight within weight classes. I have gone up weight classes and down - both naturally and with steroids. Today I carry myself at a specific weight class where i think i’m most efffective as a fighter and carry the amount of muscle i choose.
now shut the fuck up. you’re making yourself look like a tit.
Ok guys, been on selegiline for a couple days now switched to it from the bromo.
Im also on hCG 400iu/day, been a week now. No changes, libido is dead, still lactating.
Might try injecting 2000iu hCG not sure if that will work, it worked for Cymru?
selegiline ive upped to 10mg a day, still no sign of recovery or lower prolactin levels although orgams last for more than twice as long as usual.

no, dont up your hcg, you might desensitive yourself to LH
my last cycle i ran consited of
wk1-4 dbol 25mgs day
wk 1-9 deca 300mgs
wk 1-13 test 300
wk 9-13 tren 50 eod
pct(which i started aprox 4 weeks after last shot of test) consisted of hcg and nolva, waited a month, test levels were at 200(low)
got some clomid, ran 50mgs a day for 7 days(had to quit, made me severely depressed), waited a month, had a 614 test level
it was a long and drawn out pct, and it might just be the nature of the beast
if i were you, i would stay with the hcg, get an AI like arimidex to lower your estrogen levels, and then add some clomid
or u can wait for your endo to give professional advice!
Ive got clomid, nolva, hcg and arimidex.
My appointment with the endo is in april!!

That first part in the quote couple with the other half dozen misstatements of what Ive said leads me to believe that you simply dont understand anything being said here.
Google “straw man argument” and enjoy being ‘fluffy’
You took your time with that one.
